ARCHITECTURAL COMMITTEE
Mission Statement:
The mission of the Architectural Committee is to maintain the architectural integrity of the Folsom Bluffs Complex. To this end, they will be making recommendations to the Folsom Bluffs Board of Directors, based on a clear interpretation of the CCNRs, on all matters pertaining to architectural changes made to the common and/or private areas of the complex.

MAINTENANCE COMMITTEE
Mission Statement:
The mission of the Maintenance Committee is to monitor on site facilities to determine if maintenance is or will soon be required. This includes projects such as roof repair, siding replacement, painting, retaining wall repairs, drainage correction etc.
As required on a case by case basis, the Maintenance Committee will interpret CC&R's Article VI and forward a recommendation to the Board regarding homeowner financial responsibility.

LANDSCAPE COMMITTEE
Mission Statement:
The mission of the Landscape Committee is to maintain the landscape integrity of the Folsom Bluffs Complex. To this end, they will be making recommendations to the Folsom Bluffs Board of Directors, based on a clear interpretation of the CCNRs, on all matters pertaining to landscaping changes made to the common areas of the complex.

The mission of the Web Site Committee is to promote cooperation, caring, and positive communication about the Folsom Bluffs Planned Unite Development through an updated well developed web site.
